Delivery policy


Delivery times for orders placed on the e-commerce site are between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the carrier associated with your order.

Once your order is paid, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to follow your delivery live 24/24H from your personal customer account.

Delivery Cost:

  • Home delivery within 24/48 hours (working day) with the GLS carrier for all Candide and Tinéo brand items: 5.90€ - free for orders over 80€.
  • Express delivery at home the next day before 1pm (working day only, excluding weekends and public holidays) for any order before 3pm, with the GLS express carrier for all Candide and Tinéo brand items: 11€. This carrier does not benefit from free delivery for 80€ of purchase.

Express home delivery the next day before 1pm with GLS cannot be applied to all postal codes in metropolitan France. This map shows the areas that can be delivered on D+1 before 1pm and those that cannot:

In addition, the GLS express carrier does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Thus, you have until Thursday 3:00 pm to be delivered on Friday. If you order an item with GLS express on Friday, it will arrive at your home on Monday (excluding public holidays).

Free Shipping as follows:

Shipping is free for orders over 80€ (Candide and Tinéo brands) for the GLS carrier.

There is no free shipping for the GLS express carrier, the shipping cost of 11€ is automatically applied to any order.

Home delivery :

When you validate your order, the carrier in charge of your order will be indicated to you and you will receive your order directly at home within the indicated time.

Delivery in relay point :

When you choose a product delivered by the carrier GLS, you can have it delivered in a relay point. A list of the closest relay points to your delivery address will be proposed to you. You will also be able to choose a delivery point close to another delivery address, different from the address you have entered in your customer account. The price of a delivery in a relay point is the same as that of a classic delivery via the GLS carrier.

Delivery to Corsica :

Your orders can be shipped to Corsica.

- For the GLS carrier, a supplement of 30€ will be applied for the delivery. The GLS carrier can deliver in a relay point or at home but the GLS express service is not available for Corsica.

Delivery with GLS :

For any order of one or more products, with the carrier GLS, once the parcel is given to the carrier by us, you receive an alert by SMS and e-mail indicating that GLS has recovered your parcel and indicates the delivery date. Via a link, you can change the day and the delivery slot for free if you know you will be absent.
