Why do I have to create an account to order?

By creating a customer account with an e-mail address and password, you'll be able to retrieve all your information in your customer area. The next time you place an order, you won't need to re-enter your details - everything is already saved. Only your bank details are not saved on the site.


How can I get an invoice for my purchases?

From your "My Account" customer area, you can go to "Order History" and search for the order in question. Click on the order number and it will open at the bottom of the page. You can then click on the link "Download your invoice in PDF format".
