In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 121-21, and following the French Code of Consumption, customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of order receipt to return the product(s), and request a refund without providing justification for the return or incur penalties.
The customer has the responsibility to pay the costs to return merchandise to our warehouse. The only exception is due to an error on the part of lechoixdesbebes.com. Any merhcandise return request received by Customer Service after the fourteen (14) day period, for any reason whatsoever, will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returned merchandise is the customer's responsibility; thus any damage or loss incurred during transport may be reason to cancel the refund to the customer.

"Suitable for Resale" means in original condition, undamaged or unused with all retail packaging in good condition and all accessories, if any, attached and in proper working order along with any instruction manual that accompanied the original purchase.

If the customer accepts the refund amount, lechoixdesbebes.com, in accordance with the legal provisions, will proceed to refund the customer. If the returned product(s) do not arrive at lechoixdesbebes.com within the time frame and under the conditions provided for in the GTC, the customer will not be reimbursed. The customer may contact Customer Service and request the product(s) be returned to them. The shipping costs for the return to the customer will be at the customer's expense and payment for these costs will be requested in advance.
All refunds will be done through the customer's credit or debit card.
