How is my order delivered?

Le choix des bébés works with GLS to deliver your orders.

Your relis can either be delivered in person to the address you have chosen, or delivered to a relay point.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary according to the carrier selected for your order:

- With GLS home delivery and GLS relay, you'll receive your order within 24/48 hours (working days).

- With GLS express you will receive your order the next day before 1pm (working days).

We send your parcels every day from Monday to Friday.

How can I find out the tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email indicating that it is being prepared. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a new email with the tracking number for this order. You can also find your order tracking number in your "My account" customer area, then in "Order history".


Where's my package?

Your tracking number makes it easy to trace your parcel. In the event of a problem with your tracking number (invalid tracking) or if the parcel is lost, you can contact us:

What should I do if my order is missing or incorrect?

If you notice something missing from your parcel, please contact us and let us know, giving your full name and order number.

In the event of an error on a product received, please do not open the packaging and contact us to inform us of the error. We will send you a prepaid label so that you can return the product to us free of charge.  We will send you the correct product as a replacement.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

As soon as your payment is validated, you will receive 2 emails:

- An order confirmation email

- A payment confirmation email

Please check your spam or junk mail folder, as this may be the reason why you think you haven't received these confirmations.

Dans quel pays puis-je être livré(e) ?

Le choix des bébés delivers only in France. We are currently working to offer you a delivery experience abroad.

We deliver to Corsica in certain measures : 

  • No express delivery
  • Fixed delivery fee for Corsica: 30€.

When can I buy on the site ?

You can order from lechoixdesbebes.com 24/7. All orders placed between midnight and 4pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4pm can be processed the following day. We process orders from Monday to Friday only, so orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed on Monday.
